Looking for a gift for a gardener? You don’t even need to leave town!
We’re just launched sales for our Living Landscapes Symposium. We’ve put together a great day of speakers that will interest all kinds of gardeners. Check out all of the information here.
More interested in something to put under the tree? Home Hardware is a great place to start. Check out the tool selection to see if there is something that would make the garden work easier – a new shovel, a cultivator or a hoe that helps with weeding. They may also appreciate a gift certificate to help with a project in the garden, or for a piece of outdoor furniture.
If you’re looking for something larger, swing into Bowman’s to check out the STHL selection. Brett and Jeff would be happy to help pick out a small chain saw or weed wacker. If your gardener also invites birds into their garden, there is a great selection of feeders or get them stocked up on bird seed for the winter.
Anchored Pantry and Books has great floral themed journals and giftware. One had a great quote, “Your mind is the garden, your thoughts the seeds. You can grow flowers, or you can grow weeds.” They also have some tools for using produce in the kitchen – salad spinners and vegetable choppers for example.
If your gardener spends their winter wishing for spring, stop into the Briar Patch to pick out a floral puzzle, bright socks, or some art work for their garden. There are so many adorable items- take your time exploring the store and something will grab your eye. Make sure to look at the Christmas ornaments!
Happy shopping- and remember if you’re not a shopper, tickets to Living Landscapes make a great gift.
