The Wheatley Horticultural Society members have been working on bringing some holiday cheer to town! Members Marilyn, Gary, Dana, Chris and Darlene spearheaded the creation of painted snowmen for the centre of our planters. This project was inspired by how much fun the fish from the summer were and has been something the Wheatley Horticultural Society has been thinking about since August. The actual making of the snowmen took several weeks of cutting, drilling, painting and outfit shopping, culminating with a fun night for many other members where the snowmen had their faces painted and were dressed.
